If the book or a course isn't for you, tell us within 14 days of your purchase and you'll get a full refund. You don't need to give a reason, and we won't argue with you. One honest sentence through the contact page is enough.

How to ask

Write to us through the contact page with the email address you used at checkout. That's all we need to find your purchase.

How the money comes back

Refunds are issued through PayPal to the payment method you used. PayPal typically posts the refund within a few business days; card refunds can take a little longer to appear on your statement, which is the card network's timing, not ours.

After a refund

A refund ends your access to the refunded product. If you bought more than one product and only one wasn't right for you, say so; we refund exactly what you ask for.

The guarantee exists so you can decide calmly, without pressure. We ask only that you make the request within the 14 days, because that's the promise we can keep fairly to everyone.
