Terms of Service
These terms cover your purchase and use of the digital products sold on this website: the ebook and the online courses. The seller is Tzion Tahar, a sole proprietor (Yosef Sapir 1, Petah Tikva, Israel). By buying or using the products, you agree to these terms. We've written them to be read, not to hide anything.
What you're buying
Everything sold here is digital: an ebook delivered as a download, and online courses you access on this website with your email address. Nothing is shipped. Access opens immediately after payment.
Price and payment
Prices are shown in US dollars and are exactly what you pay: a one-time payment, no subscription, no hidden charges. Payments are processed by PayPal; you can pay with a PayPal account or directly with a card. Your payment confirmation comes from PayPal.
Your license
Your purchase gives you a personal, lifetime license to read the book and take the courses, on any of your devices, as many times as you like. It's for you: please don't redistribute, resell, or publicly post the materials. Sharing what you learned, in your own words, is always welcome.
Course access
Course access is keyed to the email address you enroll with. Returning on a new device is simple: enter the same email address and your access reopens. Keep that address current with us.
Refunds
Every purchase comes with our 14-day money-back guarantee, described in full in the Refund Policy.
What the products are, and aren't
The book and courses are educational. They teach you how to use tools like ChatGPT safely and confidently. They are not legal, financial, medical, or professional advice. AI tools change and their answers vary; we teach you to check and decide for yourself, and no course can promise that you will never encounter a scam or a wrong answer. The verdict on any suspicious message is always yours.
Intellectual property
The book, the courses, and everything on this site are our copyrighted work. ChatGPT is a product of OpenAI; we are not affiliated with, or endorsed by, OpenAI, Google, or Meta.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the products is limited to the amount you paid us. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, and nothing here takes away rights that consumer law gives you and that cannot be waived.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Israel, where the seller is based. If something goes wrong, write to us first through the contact page; honest problems get fixed quickly, and a refund request within the guarantee window is always honored.
Changes
If we change these terms, we'll update this page and the date below. Changes never apply backwards to a purchase you already made.
